5 Months Old & Mother's Day

Another month has passed! I can't believe how fast time is going by! Bryson is still so sweet. He is in 3-6 month or 6 month clothes & size 1-2 diapers. (The size 2 diapers are a little too big, but wont be long & he will be in them). He is learning new things everyday & SO much fun to be around! He surely knows who his Mommy & Daddy are. If either one of us talk when other people are holding him he quickly looks to see where we are. He is still sleeping through the night :) He sleeps from 10pm-6:45/7:30am. He now eats cereal twice daily & food at night! He has had sweet potatoes, green beans, squash, peas, & carrots & has LOVED them all!

He has now discovered his ears, will roll over on occassion, tries to sit up all the time, laughs a lot, always smiles back, & tries to talk all the time!


LIKES: naps in his swing, talking when everyone else is quiet, FOOD, taking baths, playing on his play mat, jumping in his jumperoo, wagon/stroller rides, going to the park, his blankie, musical toys, chewing on everything, snow cones :) (he has had a taste several times & screams (not crying) at us for more!)

DISLIKES: spending lots of time in his carseat, being hungry, being hot, & Kohl's (this makes Mommy very sad, but it makes our bank account happy!!)

MOMMY'S 1st MOTHER'S DAY!

I wouldn't be able to celebrate Mother's day if it wasnt for my sweet boy being chosen for me! Im SO blessed that God picked me to be Bryson's Mommy! He is the love of my life & honestly changed my life so much in his 5 months here! I never knew you could love someone so much!

He did a wonderful job shopping with Daddy! He bought Mommy a diamond heart necklace with a mother & child in it & a MOM pandora charm :) He is a good shopper ;) (I forgot to take pics...OOPS!But they are very pretty)

A year ago yesterday (May 13, 2011) was Mommy's first prenatal appointment & the first time Mommy & Daddy heard Bryson's heartbeat. Kind of ironic how a year later it was my 1st mother's day! So we have decided every Mother's Day we will take a picture of Bryson with the picture from the year before to see how much our little man has grown!

This chair was Bryson's grandmas (Grannie B) when she was little & when Mommy was little they had it recovered & now Bryson will have his own luxury rocking chair!
